Welcome Red Magazine!
It's a community magazine established in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia for the purpose of connecting, building relationships and making information available for our people. Being a migrant myself coming from Russia at only 17, little I knew about living in a different country, speaking a different language and getting used to new ways of life. As a student, and now mum, I value the importance of staying connected to your roots and culture. With the help of social media all became possible. A few year back I built social media platforms for women coming from the same background to connect, support and develop relationships with one another.
Red Magazine is one of the ways to communicate with our people about all those unknown aspects about life in Australia and connect missing pieces of the puzzle. Articles are published in both Russian and English. I hope you enjoy the read and don't hesitate to reach out and connect with me.
