This Season’s Blueberry Smoothie

This healthy and delicious recipe of blueberry smoothie is great for your family to enjoy. Easy made, powered with fresh blueberries and chia seeds will make your breakfast a complete joy.

 

Ingredients:

125g fresh blueberries

100g drained canned pitted cherries in syrup

150g Greek Style Yogurt

2 tsp black chia seeds

8 ice cubes

 

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and frothy.

On a hot summer day, you can freeze blueberry smoothie and enjoy it as much as the drink.
