Healthy black chia pudding is a great start to your morning. Add fresh berries, nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, anything you like. It’s so easy to make and very delicious.
(Makes 1, cooking time 30 min – 1 hr)
1 cup of plant milk (i love coconut)
3 – 4 tbsp black chia seeds
Mix well, stirring 3 times for about 5 mins.
Refrigerate for 30 mins – 1 hr or overnight
Remove from the fridge, decorate with your favourite berries, desiccated coconut, nuts, add some honey for sweetness. Enjoy!
